You Are a Spiritual Being Having a Human Experience 🪷

Simple daily affirmations to help you come home to yourself.
Recently I was chatting with two very special people. We were sharing some of the affirmations and little notes we leave for ourselves. One that stood out to me was:
“You are a spiritual being having a human experience, not the other way around.”
Not a human being occasionally brushing against the spiritual, but all of life being spiritual. As those words were shared, my spirit resonated...nodding yes as we continued to share our favorite truths.
It got me thinking about all of the countless affirmations that have become healing anchors in my own life. I thought it would be helpful to gather them...not just for me, but to share with you, and to invite you to add your own favorites in the comments below.
Here are some of the spiritual affirmations for healing that help me come back to center:
🌿 Trust your path
1. Every decision I make is the right one.
When self-doubt creeps in, remind yourself that every decision is leading you where you need to go. Trust yourself and trust that you are doing the best you can with the information and awareness you have.
2. A miracle has happened, it won’t be long now.
Use this when you’re feeling impatient or stuck. It helps you remember that things are always moving, even if you aren't able to see it.
🫶🏻 Come home to yourself
3. I am at ease within myself.
A grounding reminder to find peace within, no matter what’s happening around you. I use this one daily and often.
4. I come back to me.
When life gets noisy or you start to lose yourself in other people’s expectations, come back to you. This is a call to honor your needs and experience.
5. I let this space expand.
Feeling confined? This one invites you to create space for growth. You are not limited by your past or current circumstances. It's time to stop thinking small.
🌊 Release control
6. I stay present in the here and now.
When your mind starts wandering into the past or future, bring it back to the present. The present is the only moment we truly have.
7. I allow life’s current to carry me.
When things feel out of control, trust the flow. Life doesn’t have to be a struggle; sometimes we just need to surrender to it.
Each moment calls for a different mantra. These small phrases become anchors to help you realign, calm your body and remember who you are. We all carry stories that shape how we move through life, but we don’t have to stay stuck in those stories.
💡 Try this: Pick an affirmation that resonates with where you are right now and write it on a sticky note. Then place it on your bathroom mirror and speak it over yourself once a day for a week and notice how it shifts your energy.
